I thought the fit test was hard, today was even worse! It wad hard, but I pushed myself and I completed the whole 45 mins.
The only routine I couldn’t do was the level 1 drill. O.M.G that just about killed – ok not quite but I was ready for quitting at that point, even though I only about 15 mins left.
I am actually really proud of myself for completing day 2, I didn’t think inhad it in me to do it as my legs were killing me. Going down the stairs to put the rubbish in the bin was fun.
My legs I know will be sore tomorrow as right now my thighs are sore with the slightest move – no pain no gain right?
Tomorrows workout out looks scary, I had a sneaky peak on fast forward and now I am preparing myself mentally for whats to come lol
I forgot to so my meal plan for the week – will probably get that done tomorrow, I actually enjoyed my meat free week last week and even lost 2lb! Had some chicken for dinner tonight and didn’t enjoy it so think non-meat based meals are the way to go for a wee while at least.
Rights it’s 10pm here and I still have 2 munchkins awake – is it a full moon or something? So I’m off to get them hopefully to bed asap!
