Still trying to find a quick meal for a Thursday, last week we juggled around a little but hopefully will stick to this week plan completely!

Omelette as we a ton of eggs to use up.

Meatballs (vg) for Jack as he doesn’t like omelette!

Tuesday –
Tacos

Wednesday –
Lasagna

Thursday –
Pizza

Friday –
Toasties

I bought a few new vegan bits to try in our food shop this week, so I’m looking forward to seeing what I can come up with.

Thursday and Friday might change as we have family visiting from Canada this week and I am not 100% sure what days we are seeing them.
