Insanity wk 2 day 3
Today was the best day so far! It was back to Plyo cardio circuit and because I was in such a pissed off mood before hand it was the most effort I have put in to date.
It was a great way to burn off the anger and negatively. I may have found my motivation lol
Not only do I feel more calm and relaxed, but I feel like I truly gave it 110%. I love the fact that I am sweating so much and not feeling so sore afterwards or the day after anymore.
I also got my chocolate milk as my recovery drink! Ok it’s nestquick and no doubt people will say that’s bad, but it’s helping so I’m going to keep doing it.
