Its Tuesday, and that means its time for this weeks edition of the Tuesday 10! Seeing as it is now December we having a few weeks of festive themes 🙂

Christmas for me isn’t religious in the slightest. We do the whole meaning of what is it about for the sake of the kids but other than telling the story of the nativity, Christmas is all the magic behind Santa.

So on that note things I love about Xmas are:

1. The decorations
I love getting the house ready for Xmas with the tree and the other decorations around the house. Granted with Lucy being so small the tree os wrecked but I am hoping from next year the decs will be added to and be left alone lol

2. Indulging in festive food
This time of year I love to indulge in stollen cake, nut mixes and some alcohol. Of course the traditional turkey dinner and all the trimmings.

3. The kids faces on Xmas morning
Nothing beats seeing their faces light up on Xmas morning after Santa has been. It’s such a great feeling to see them so happy.

4. Family
I guess I need to include this lol it’s usually the one time of year were you all get together and catch up.

What do you love?

We definitely have a couple of the same things on our lists. I’m wishing you and your family a very happy holiday season from across the pond 🙂

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Yes, it’s a season of indulgences and we’ll be paying for them next year. So special to see the joy on children’s faces.
