The Sunday Round Up #38
Its been a while since I did this wee weekly round up post, I have been looking at getting back into my style of blogging and this is one of the random kind of posts I used to do in the past so I hope this helps me blog again.
My Week 4/9- 10/9
Sunday 4th
The plumber came today to fit the dishwasher at 10am! Talk about early bird, but that is at least all plumbed in after a year, better late than never.
Ear infection seems to be less today and not effecting my balance, I don’t feel like I am on a boat as much with the swaying but it’s still there every so slightly
Lucy went out on her bike with her friend, but then she felt unwell and was sick in the way back to the house.
Monday 5th
L was feeling much better after dinner last night and was ok this morning so decided to send her off to school. She was fine all day. M has a bike-ability week so we have to take his bike in and they both had Rugby Club after school.
Tuesday 6th
Did a food shop then caught up on some book blog posts.
Wednesday 7th
Not up to much today, generally a lazy day catching up on some household chores.
Thursday 8th
Queen Elizabeth II passed away today at Balmoral Castle. This is monumental moment in history, we will never see a Queen again and she had and impressing 70 year reign, she was a staple of ‘Britishness’ no matter your view on Royalty or the monarchy she was an icon of Britain and known and loved by many.
Friday 9th
Lee’s work event was cancelled so he came home so we went out and had a wee lunch date <3
Saturday 10th
Lee had a wedding and I made the most of the sunny day and got caught up with the washing! Managed to get 4 loads washed and dried and an empty washing basket to boot. Though it won’t be empty for long urgh.
