Not a lot of books to get through this month as I am starting off easy, I failed my reading goal of reading 100 as I only managed 62! so going for a reasonable 50 to starts that way if I read more then happy days.
The Graveyard Killings by Wes Markin

A decades old case….
When the body of a young girl is found exhumed from her grave, DCI Emma Gardner knows there’s more to this grisly find than just misadventure. Penny Maiden was killed in a hit and run accident forty years ago, and her killer was never found…Could someone be trying to right an old wrong?
A DI on the rails…
Determined to bring a dangerous gang of drug dealers to justice, DI Paul Riddick is trying hard to play by the rules. After his previous reckless actions, he knows this is his last chance to stay in the job he loves. But when his private life takes an unexpected turn, Riddick begins to lose control again.
Emma needs Paul to help her with her case, especially when more bodies are found in the same graveyard. But hurt badly by Riddick once before, Emma’s not sure she can trust him again.
But as Paul’s behaviour begins to spiral even more, Emma worries she may have left it far too late to save her old friend Riddick from his own destruction…
The Good Wife by Gemma Rogers

Appearances can be deceiving… After a whirlwind romance and three years of marriage, I’d tried to be a good wife.
My husband Tom is always watching, controlling my every move. He chooses my clothes, my hairstyle, even instructing what and how much I’m allowed to eat – just ten mouthfuls.
I’ve become isolated from those I love, forbidden to work and stuck at home to fulfil his every whim. My identity along with my life is long gone. I am slowly suffocating but I know Tom will never, ever let me leave alive.
But a chance encounter with Savanah changes everything. Tom just couldn’t tear his eyes away from her. I hoped she might be my saviour. What if I asked for her help? Paid her to steal my husband away? Could my husband’s desire for another woman be the answer to my prayers, to my freedom?
Bestseller Gemma Rogers is back with another gripping, page-turning thriller. Perfect for fans of Liane Moriarty, Shari Lapena and Lisa Jewell
The Last Resort by T.J Emerson

As soon as you first see the House in the Hills, an old hotel in a picturesque enclave of the Cypriot hills, you know it’s the perfect home for you – with breath-taking views, a refreshing pool, and peace and quiet, away the rest of the world. A place to recover and grow.
But paradise isn’t cheap, and as the debts mount, you could lose everything you’ve worked so hard for.
Until someone makes you an offer: to keep your home, you have to take a life.
But you could never do that… could you?
You’d die for a stay here. But would you kill for it?
