I am nearing the end if week 2 already!
Today’s workoit was late – did it about 6pm and I definitely not enjoying doing it so late as I am just tired and on the wind down for the kids bedtime.
I was out all day catching up with a friend to a lovely spa, more on that in an upcominf post, hence the late workout.
Todays was cardio power and resistance – I am definitely noticing an improvement. I am feeling great, still enjoying it and I am also enjoying not eating meat. I am getting plenty of salads and fish which is great.
