I loved today’s workout, well if you can call it a workout.
Cardio recovery was on the sheet for today and so far this is one I love the most. For all it is mainly stretching I am still sweating and already can see a difference in a week at how far I can stretch down especially when doing thy hamstring stretches.
Only 2 weeks in and I am feeling and noticing small changes – result!
I know I keel posting, but I am doing it more for accountability than anything else. I would to read back and see how far I have come when I reach the end of the 60 days, and 2 more workouts abd that is week 2 done. Before I know it the 60 days will be up!
