This week’s theme is FAVOURITE RECIPES

I am not much of cook, in fact I love to hate cooking – as in I don’t mind following a recipe and cooking it, but I hate the clearing up afterwards.

My recipes are pretty limited, but they are tried and tested and everyone loves them.

1. Thai green chicken curry
I have slowly made this my own, even though it started off as Lee’s recipe but since I do all the cooking it is now mine!

2.Thai chicken noodle soup
Again one of Lee’s and is an adaptation of the curry if you dont have all the ingredients.

3.Chicken, parmesan and pea risotto
This is what Lee made for our first Valentine’s dinner and it has been a great meal to prepare ever since – I even know it off by heart now I have made it so many times.

4.Mince & tatties (potato)
I have been trying to replicate my Papa’s mince for years and have finally nailed it! He would be proud, even my mum had yet to nail it!

5. Apple & Blackberry crumble
Great winter pudding and great if you have left over apples that are just about turn.

6. Veggie Soup
This is one of the easiest things to make, just bung it all in a pot add some stock and leave it to simmer. Great winter warmer.

7. Shepherd/Cottage pie
Depending on the meat you use it will either be shepherd or cottage lol n beef or lamb – and I forget which is which.

I will try link my recipes asap, I havent been able to get it into my site all day so this has been a quick job.

Some of your recipes sound interesting. I might have to get the recipe for the Thai green chicken curry. I always love trying out new things.
