It has been sooo long since I have done a Meal Plan Monday post!
In fact it has been so long since I have actually stuck to a meal plan for the entire week. But no more, we had our last takeaway on Sat there and we are vowing to not get any more. Not only is it wasting money but we are indulging too much in them that I have gained weight, that I am not happy about that.
So what’s on the menu this week:
Monday – Meat Free Monday = Pasta Bake
Tuesday – Chicken (either chicken fried rice or chicken curry)
Wednesday – Salmon & Broccoli Pasta
Thursday – Meat Free – Omelette and chips
Friday – Mince (either Bolognase or chilli
Saturday – Free for all
Sunday – Roast and the trimmings
We tend to stick to the same meals every week, the Salmon and Broccoli pasta is a new one that hubby actually came up with! He hates broccoli, but loves this, so its on the menu now, plus its good for the kids to get there fish and veg.
