Meal plan w/c 21/9/15 #mealplanningmonday

Well I missed a week of meal planning and it all went to pot. We had 3 takeaways and one night eating out at Nandos for my birthday last Thursday.
I have to say I wasn’t really all that impressed with Nandos. I don’t really know what I actually expected, but I feel it was just one step up from McDonald’s – we got shown to a seat then that was it, it was then self serve for ordering and drinks. They did bring the food out thank God! (sarcasim btw)
Yeah I don’t think I will go back, can say I have tried it now.

So what’s on the menu this week:

Monday: chicken fajitas

Tuesday: Chinese takeaway as family visiting

Wednesday: Chicken poached in coconut milk

Thursday: Sausage & mash

Friday: homemade pizza

Saturday: lasagna

Sunday: Chops and all the trimmings

Fee

    I’ve never tried a Nandos before….I just don’t see the attraction.
    Everything sounds great! I like the sound of the Chicken poached in coconut milk x

    I would eat every single thing on your plan!! I felt the same in a visit to nandos and I didnt even enjoy the food!
