Insanity day 4 – recovery

I have just done today’s insanity – cardio recovery. It was all stretching poses which has actually made yesterday’s soreness nice and eased off.  I was surprised at how little it hurt this morning when I got up, the only main thing that is giving me problems is my left wrist. I broke it a few years ago and it’s never really been under so much strain with the push ups I am currently doing, need to look into getting a wrist support I think.

Feels good to tick off the boxes

Today’s workout I know will have lulled me into a false sense of security as tomorrow’s is called Pure Cardio! As I started this on a Sunday my rest day is going to be Saturday so I only have 2 more workouts then I will have completed week 1!

Fee

Fee is a 35 year old mother of three, who has been on the blogging scene since 1996. Over the years she has tried to change her style but finds the personal diary effect to be her niche – there are not many of those around in the blogging world nowadays.
