Down the TBR Pile #7

You may or may not know but I run a book blog where I share book tours etc as well as book reviews. I have a never ending To Be Read list that I just keep adding to an it never ever seems to go down!

I came across this hop and decided to give it a wee go on this blog as it would just get lost over on my book one!

It works like this:

  • Go to your goodreads to-read shelf.
  • Order on ascending date added.
  • Take the first 5 (or 10 (or even more!) if you’re feeling adventurous) books. Of course if you do this weekly, you start where you left off the last time.
  • Read the synopses of the books
  • Decide: keep it or should it go?

I haven’t done this for a few weeks but as it is the summer holidays and I am taking a break as usual – but I have been busy reading and adding and removing from my list.

Here is what I have kept and removed from my list over the last few weeks

Removed:

77 Shadow Street (77 Shadow Street #1) by Dean R. Koontz
A Life Apart by Mariapia Veladiano, Cristina Viti
Armed and Fabulous (Lexi Graves Mysteries #1) by Camilla Chafer
The Descent Series: Vol.1 (Descent #1-3) by S.M. Reine
The Accidental Demon Slayer (Demon Slayer #1) by Angie Fox
Zombie Fallout (Zombie Fallout #1) by Mark Tufo
The Pillars of the Earth (Kingsbridge #1) by Ken Follett

My current TBR total on Goodreads is still sitting at 1568 though!! I keep adding books to it as I remove, really need to stop getting free book from Amazon and work my way through it i think, and also lay of the book tours for a bit as well so I can catch up!

Today I said goodbye to: 14
Overall removed: 38
