This was a very strange book to read as each page had only a few lines, but they really made you think The book focuses on the 3 types of people in the running world – The Ant, The Chimpanzee, and the Dolphin.

I am definitely a Chimp – the kind that doesn’t like sports or running for that matter. The Ant is the one who runs all the marathons and the Dolphin lives life for what it is. Even if you don’t enjoying running or if you are an avid marathon runner this book offers some great wee titbits and inspirational anecdotes that will everyone want to be a healthier person.

It was a short read but in enjoyed it none the less and it couldn’t have come along to me at a better time as I have been wanting to try running for a long time but been too lazy to start! This wee book has given me inspiration to start.  Get your copy from Amazon today.
